(d). The Crow rent for the area coloured red to be calculated at the rate of $250.00 per acre per anmm.

The revised Crom rent for the entire area to be adjust- -ad to the nearest even dollar and to commence from the

date mentioned in (c).

(e). The lessees to spend a sum of not less than $20,000.00 on rateable improvements on the extended lot

within 3 years of the date mentioned in (c).

(f). The lessees to fill in the whole of the

extension to Kowloon Marine Lot 90 coloured red and the

area coloured green on plan to such levels as the

Director of Public Works may approve; and to construct

the protection of such reclaimed area between the

points B and C and C and D a sea-wall of design and

materials approved by the Director of Public Works, and

between the points A and B and D and E a rubble mound

faced with a pitched slope set in cement mortar and

bedded in cement concrete, the whole of the above work

to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Director

of Public Works. The lessees may, subject to the approv-

-al of the Director of Public Works, construct within

the aforesaid area, docks, slipways and any other works

required in connection with the general business of a shipbuilding and repairing yard; the foregoing stipula- -tion with regard tothe protection of such area being

modified to meet the requirements of the case. The

reclamation and protection of the area coloured green and the reclamation and protection or the construction of such docks and slipways on the area coloured red on

attached plan shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works within 3 years of the date mentioned in (c). The area coloured green to be

handed over to Government free of cost on completion.
